our traditional Rumcake/blackcake

Quality assorted dried fruits are slowly steeped and aged in the award winning Demerara El Dorado rum and other liquors until ready. Then, using an old traditional rum cake recipe, the Caribbean rum soaked fruits are mixed with a rich batter of fresh butter, eggs, Demerara sugar ,unbleached flour and freshly ground spices. These cakes are prepared and  baked for several hours, ensuring a superior quality, rich moist rum fruit cake. 
These gourmet rumcakes are further soaked with rum then finished with a special rum glaze before they are delivered to you, the customer.
Caribbean rum cakes are made using all natural, quality ingredients. Flavor improves and matures with age. Stored properly, they will last 9 months to a year!
